Electroencephalographic findings in autistic non-epileptic children

Despite the well-acknowledged link between autism spectrum disorders (ASDs) and epilepsy, prevalence significance of electroencephalogram (EEG) changes in epileptic children absence clinical seizures remains underdetermined. Aim. The primary goal this study is to report EEG abnormalities non-epileptic or pre-epileptic autistic children, investigate their association with a set pre-determined risk factors, speculate on significance, direct future research efforts.
